A disabled endpoint is not a deleted database. In most cases the data is still sitting there and access can be restored long enough to get it out. What matters is doing it in the right order, quickly.

Dump, then verify
Take the export and immediately check it: row counts per table, file size, open it somewhere else. An unverified export is not a rescue.
Pull object storage separately
Uploads are not in the database dump. Export them as their own job, with a manifest you can check against.
Only then decide about the platform
With verified data in hand you have leverage and options. Without it, you have neither.
